Ensemble Aevia has been serving the New England area since 1993 in over 600 weddings, and many corporate events, as well as concerts.  Led and managed by violinist Matthew D. Green, the group features some of New England's finest musicians, all with years of experience.  The group has played in premier venues all over New England, such as The Mount Washington Hotel, the mansions of Newport Rhode Island, the Chatham Bars Inn and Wequassett Resort on Cape Cod, the Boston Harbor Hotel, the Inn at Church Landing on Lake Winnipesaukee, and dozens of churches from Maine to Connecticut.   Ensemble Aevia can perform as a string duo, or expand to trio, quartet, or more, with the possibility of adding a vocalist, flute, harp, or trumpet, etc. to suit your wishes.  The group features an extensive repertoire of well loved wedding favorites, and can accommodate special requests to help make your event unique and memorable.

We are very proud to announce that we have been selected in the New Hampshire and Cape Cod regions as a 2015 "Best of Wedding" honoree!  Thank you, The Knot and thank you 2014 couples!

"Could not be happier with my decision to go with Ensemble Aevia for my wedding ceremony. Matthew was extremely professional and knowledgable about wedding ceremony music. I don't know much about classical music (unfortunately) but Matthew was able to guide me and make suggestions that were really helpful. He was willing to speak to the pastor to make sure the timing of everything was right and he showed up early to get everything set up. Not to mention they sounded amazing! You will not regret your decision to go with Ensemble Aevia...they are absolutely fabulous in every way!"
Alexandra A., married July 2013 in Brewster, MA

"Ensemble Aevia was an amazing addition to our wedding day. This group has a full repertoire of music to select from, is incredibly talented and easy to work with through the planning process.
They can't be beat if you appreciate the sophistication and beauty that classical music adds to a wedding - just listening to their website samples proves it. They are top notch musicians.
Matthew is fantastic to plan and work with, and he, Anne-Marie and Bo are so talented and very very professional. They were there early for the ceremony warming up and ready to go. They bring energy and passion to their job - just amazing and undoubtedly recommended!"
Kelsey, married September 2012 in Chatham, MA
